Returns & refunds.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you aren't, you can send the unopened product back to us within the first thirty days of receiving your order if you so choose.
It may take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund after returning the item(s), but if you return your order straight to one of our stores, we will process your refund instantly. This is because we do not have to go through a third party to process the return (it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you).

Within thirty days of your order's receipt, please send back any unopened products for a full refund.
As soon as the item is brought back, we will provide a refund to the person who placed and paid for the order in the first place. This includes items that are on clearance, sale, or have had their prices matched.
On used items, we are unable to grant refunds or exchanges, with the exception of cases in which the item is defective or does not match its description.
