When installed in a greenhouse, the Protube reflector shortens the path of light from the horticultural bulb to the vegetable canopy, allowing for more convenient control of the greenhouse's temperature and humidity.
With 150 mm diameter heat-resistant flanges, this tubular reflector can be connected to an air intake and extraction fan. Moulded PVC rings are located on both sleeves and can be used to suspend the Protube.
A small reflector made of hammered aluminium is housed inside, and Protube 2 reflector flights will be added to the tube's sidewalls to increase light diffusion. Wide PVC nuts ensure that this will continue to be simple to position.
This cooltube will be utilised with 600W and 1000W MH, HPS, or Dual Spectrum lights, and a Class1, Class2, or electronic magnetic ballast of the same wattage will be required to power them.
